Kevin Callahan, CCIM worked in sales and marketing for NYNEX and AT&T and was Vice President of Telecommunications at Barclays Bank of New York. After a short time as an independent telecommunications consultant, Kevin joined Prudential Covington Properties in Brewster, NY as an Associate Real Estate Broker. After completing two hundred hours of classroom instruction, submission of a portfolio of over $7,000,000.00 in completed transactions and successfully completing the six hour certification exam he earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute. Louis Bishop has been engaged in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage business in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties, New York for more than thirty years. Primarily involved in the sales and leasing of office buildings, industrial buildings and land. He has also provided consulting services to buyers and sellers.

Larry Nadel has been active in the Westchester/Putnam and Fairfield County real estate markets since 1982, with expertise in real estate sales, leasing and site development with a particular emphasis on large industrial, retail, office, skilled nursing and planned residential communities. He is a graduate of Tulane University and has served on various community boards in the local area. Having begun his career in the heavy construction industry, he is also a member of the exclusive heavy construction industry association The Moles.

Harold Lepler brings to the Covington group more than thirty years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate ventures, with expertise encompassing not only site selection and planning, but also the procurement of approvals as well as the build-out, sale, and leasing of projects. He has been active in developing the Putnam County region since the 1970s. Mr. Lepler is also a founding director of Country Bank, holds director positions at Putnam Community Hospital, the Salvation Army, Hudson Valley Chapter of United Cerebral Palsy, and New York State Economic Development Commission, and is a founding member of the Brewster Education Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and veteran of the United States Army.
