He has been active in developing the Putnam County region since the 1970s. Mr. Lepler is also a founding director of Country Bank, holds director positions at Putnam Community Hospital, the Salvation Army, Hudson Valley Chapter of United Cerebral Palsy, and New York State Economic Development Commission, and is a founding member of the Brewster Education Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and veteran of the United States Army.
